We have been in business since the Year 2000, and our limited company name is The Swan Pool & Spa Centre Ltd. We are also "Trading As" The Hot Tub & Wellness Centre and this trademark name was purchased by us in 2022.
In 2010, we were invited to become a member of the prestigious National Leisure Group giving us access to a wealth of experience and extra benefits passed on to you. You get the national advantages with local service.
We are the first pool company nationwide to achieve Investors In People Status, awarded in 2005, which should reassure you of the quality and longevity of our business.
If you're buying a spa, the BISHTA symbol ensures a quality product from a quality dealer, giving quality before and after sales service. We have been a member since the start in 2003.
We specialise in installing,servicing, maintaining, repairing and relocating all makes and models of Spas/Hot Tubs & Swim Spas. We offer from tight budget to full luxury options, depending on your needs. At times, we are able to offer free fitting for replacement parts.
We employ our own managed teams, each qualified through our 'Investors In People' training, communication and motivation. We build entirely under our control with regular supervision, and we make experienced project management stage inspections. Once you have your pool or spa, we're here to support you all the way!
Alex Arnold, the Managing Director, is available 7 days a week, reviewing our unique feedback forms to ensure the very best service is maintained, and in the shop we are all able to assist you with full training on safety, chemicals and equipment as required. Making the right choices first time gives you peace of mind.
All our products are available with minimum or maximum customer involvement, from supply only with phone support, to site visit assisted builds, to full build with regular maintenance contracts available.
We offer a range of regular service contracts, including chemicals, to make life even easier for you, with discount benefits for you on large & small purchases, now including the popular Yankee Candle full range.
